Allium cernuum
Blue green foliage, strap like. Pale pink flowers form in a cluster on top of a nodding stalk. Hence the Wild Nodding Onion name. Naturalizes readily.
I am amazed at where I've found these growing in the wild, sides of mountains out of what appears to be solid rock. I would guess that it the ground squirrels that are disdributing them there.
All parts of this plant are edible. Can be used as an odorous pest repellent.

Alnus crispa
Green Alder is a member of the birch family (Betulaceae).
A shrub growing 1-3 metres.

Alnus tenuifolia
River Alder, also a member of the Birch family.
Large shrub or small tree. Found mostly along riverbanks and lakeshores indicating it likes wet conditions. However I have found this is areas completely away from any water, and they are flourishing.
The Blackfoot produced a yellow dye from the catkins and a orange/red dye from the inner bark which they used to color hides.

Amelanchier alnifolia
Saskatoon, Pacific serviceberry, western serviceberry, alder-leaf shadbush, dwarf shadbush, chuckley pear, or western juneberry
These are growing all along the tree line in my neighborhood. I was hard pressed to collect as much seed as I did, only because I had to sample so many.
Saskatoon berries were an important part of the Indignous people's diet. The Blackfoot mixed saskatoons with buffalo fat and blood to make a favorite dessert. Saskatoons were also a major ingredient in pemmican.

Androsace chamaejasme
Sweet-flowered Androsace
What a wonderful little thing and it is incredibly hardy. It is mat forming and when in full bloom, a mass of tiny white blooms. The largest mat of Androsace I've seen to date, at about a square foot, is also in one of the harshest spots that I visit.
Note: I've had this in my garden for 4 years. It is increasing quickly and flowers well but it does not set good seed. The plants in the wild set abundant seed. Could it be a polinator I don't have in my yard? Curious.
